The office has made changes with COVID-19 protocols, stocked with adequate PPE’s and have followed infection control recommendations made by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Health Canada and the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS).
To keep our patient and our staff safe, we have taken these measures:
Patients are triaged and appointments are scheduled by phone or via teledentistry (not in person or via walk-in) and ensure that patients are screened for COVID-19 using the COVID-19 screening questions developed by the Ontario Ministry of Health.
Patients only in the office – spouses, friends and companions are requested to wait outside
You will be requested to wear mask, gloves before you enter the reception area.
We have hand sanitizer that you will be requested to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing.
